I am a dedicated and versatile software engineer with over 8 years of experience as an MS Dynamics (Business Central and GP) Engineer. I have also worked in software development for 19 years and have over 20 years of experience in general IT. Throughout my career, I have gained over 13 years of experience in HR, Finance, Inventory, Scheduling, and Manufacturing centric business processes.
One of the highlights of my career is serving as a team lead on several high-profile development projects that are still in use today. These projects have allowed me to showcase my skills and expertise in software engineering and project management. I take pride in my ability to work effectively with teams, as well as my passion for training and mentoring others.

Aside from my professional career, I have a passion for building great relationships and rapport with customers and team members. I believe that strong relationships are the foundation for successful collaborations and projects. I strive to create a positive and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and heard.
Hobbies and Interests
Outside of work, I enjoy indulging in my hobbies. Wood carving is one of my favorite pastimes, as it allows me to express my creativity and work with my hands. I find immense joy in bringing a piece of wood to life through intricate designs and patterns.
Hiking is another activity that brings me peace and rejuvenates my mind. Being immersed in nature, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, helps me disconnect from the digital world and reconnect with the beauty of the natural world.
Writing is also a passion of mine. I find solace in putting my thoughts and experiences into words. It allows me to reflect on my journey and share my insights with others.
I have a deep fascination with weather and nature in general. Observing and learning about different weather patterns and natural phenomena captivates my curiosity and keeps me constantly engaged.
